ABOUT LAURA

Laura Castro has been in the fitness Industry for 20 years. She is an Elite Master Trainer. Laura instructed at top gyms in the Bay Area such as Equinox, World Gym, Gold’s Gym and 24 Hour Fitness. Laura has been a local competitor in various bodybuilding competitions, Spartan races and other intense races throughout California. Laura began an outdoor Boot Camp called Inpower Fit training in the hills of San Mateo, and presently an indoor/outdoor fitness company called Laura Castro Fit.

Laura Castro is a 5th Degree black belt in Kenpo Karate. She began Martial Arts at the age of 15 under Great Grand Master Ralph Castro. Laura has owned and operated her own Martial Arts School teaching Men, Women, and Children the art of Self Defense. She is a two-time Grand Champion in Sparring and Forms at the Long Beach Internationals. Laura also enjoys boxing and has trained with many of the greats such as the legendary Roger Mayweather at the Mayweather Camp, Las Vegas.
